Overview
In the summer of 2022, we were invited to Waterford, Ireland to take part in the Waterford Harvest Festival, run by the social enterprise Grow It Yourself (GIY).
The festival was a festival of food done right. And we were farming stories about food, community, culture and place.
Project Outcomes
Over the course of the weekend, we gathered a huge pile of stories to share with the public, and with GIY.
